Zoë Power is a UK-based artist & designer creating bold, inclusive art that celebrates community, connection and change.

Tower Works, Leeds

Commissioned by arts organisation Yorkshire Contemporary, Zoë Power created a striking, large-scale mural for a new residential development in the heart of Leeds.

Standing 20 metres high and 16 metres wide, the mural transforms the building into a vibrant celebration of the city’s industrial heritage and creative future.

Developed through in-depth local research and community engagement, Zoë’s design weaves together patterns from woollen fabrics and cogs from factory machinery, nodding to the site’s historical role in the once thriving textile industry.

The result is a bold, contemporary piece that connects residents to their surroundings, a reminder of Leeds’ enduring spirit of making and innovation.

Westfield

For Westfield Shopping Centre, Zoë Power designed two expansive sets of vinyl artworks spanning over 75 metres in length and 8 metres in height across two major retail sites.

Each piece was meticulously developed to architectural scale, with every design delivered print-ready for seamless installation. The artworks transformed transitional and public areas into bright, eye-catching spaces that bring energy and identity to the site.

Zoë’s bold visual language and technical precision ensured the project met both creative and practical demands, delivering large-scale impact.

Spanning 600 square metres, Zoë’s Westfield commission transformed two major sites into one of the largest public art installations of its kind.

Art on the Street, Bath

In summer 2023, the historic city of Bath received the full Power makeover. Commissioned as part of the Art on the Street initiative, Zoë Power transformed the city centre with vibrant flags, bunting, planters, and window displays, bringing a creative spark to Bath’s iconic streets.

The installation celebrated Bath’s reputation as a fashion and foodie hub, blending playful design with bright colour. The aim: to brighten the high street and invite residents and visitors to rediscover the city through art.

The result was a city-wide splash of colour and positivity, turning everyday spaces into a shared outdoor gallery and proving how art can energise communities and boost local engagement.

We Shall Dance Again

As part of Build Hollywood’s Your Space or Mine campaign — which gave creatives a platform during the pandemic — Zoë Power’s playful, bootilicious figures appeared on billboards and poster sites across Bristol during the 2021 COVID lockdown.

The lively, jostling characters were designed to spread hope and lift spirits during a difficult year, turning public spaces into unexpected moments of joy and connection.
